As a firm believer that music can inspire and change moods, having a motivating workout playlist can be a really effective part of a workout. It can focus your mind on the path you have ahead of you, keep you on your toes when you're pushing through the 'should I keep going or stop' moment and help wind down at the end. Every now and then I try to mix it up a bit, find some old empowering tunes in my library or something fresh and upbeat. I'm sharing with you some of my go-to tracks.
